
WHAT IS COACHING?
When someone is facing uncertainty, considering a change, perhaps low on energy and resilience, unsure of their options and next steps, or seeking support with reaching a personal or professional goal, coaching can help to bring clarity, restore balance and unlock opportunities for growth.
Coaching provides a dedicated, supportive and impartial space for reflection. A space where people can connect with their passions, goals, values and purpose, challenge any assumptions or self-limiting beliefs and break old habits and thinking patterns. And in doing so, increase motivation, build resilience, shift perspective and transform their mindset so they can move forward with greater confidence and a clearer sense of direction.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
As your Coach, my role is to support and guide you as you consider the things important to you. I will partner with you to create a warm, calm, open and relaxing space where you can take a step back and think, provide structure for our sessions and help you to set clear coaching objectives.
Through a combination of listening carefully, asking insightful and thought-provoking questions, constructive challenge, and perhaps specific coaching tools, I will support you as you explore your thinking, values and beliefs, and encourage you to identify practical and achievable steps towards making a lasting change.

I offer 1:1 and group coaching services.
1:1 COACHING
1:1 coaching sessions are usually 60 or 90 minutes and take place over Teams or Zoom. I find blocks of four or six sessions work best to give time for reflection and action.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching solutions, where individuals with a common interest come together in a mutually supportive environment, are designed bespoke around group objectives and can be delivered either via Teams/ Zoom or in person.
